All game results on TK666 are final and binding once settled. No appeals will be entertained regarding game outcomes except in cases of proven technical errors supported by system logs. • Exploitation of technical errors — deliberately exploiting bugs or system errors to obtain illegitimate winnings
• Use of bots or automated software — using any third-party software to automate gameplay or wagering
• Poker collusion and cheating — communicating or colluding with other players during a match to gain an unfair advantage
• Promotion abuse — registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly
• Threats or intimidation — towards tk666 staff or other members on the platform

8. Account Closure and Suspension

TK666 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons, without prior notice in cases involving fraud:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• False or misleading information provided during registration or verification
• Requests from law enforcement agencies
• Account inactive for 12 consecutive months

8.2 Account Closure by Member

You may close your TK666 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible real money balances will be returned to you after deducting any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements and any applicable administrative fees.
